We collect information you provide when registering an account or purchasing a domain, including your name, email address, mobile number, and billing address. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and actions taken within the platform.
Your information is used to process domain registrations and renewals, send transaction confirmations and invoices, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations including GST reporting.
We share your registration details with the domain registry (ResellerClub/Endurance) as required to complete domain registrations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.
We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for seven years thereafter for tax and audit purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Note that some data must be retained for legal compliance reasons.
