Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once the registration has been submitted to the registry. This is because the registry charges are incurred immediately upon submission regardless of your later decision.
If a domain registration fails after payment has been captured, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Renewal fees are non-refundable once processed. Please ensure your domain details are correct before initiating a renewal.
Refund requests due to duplicate charges or technical errors on our platform will be reviewed and resolved within 5 business days. Contact support within 24 hours of the transaction.
